The stars were out for some glamorous fun last night at the annual White House Correspondents Dinner in Washington DC. I was skipping through the photo galleries from last nights event and really didn't see too many who impressed, however, when I set my eyes on Kate Hudson's photo, I literally felt a smile growing on my face instantly. She looked absolutely gorgeous. The purple sequins Jennifer Packham gown speaks for itself-but the combination between the gown, her simple ballet bun (my fav updo!), the Edie Parker black and lucite clutch and her fresh faced makeup, made for I think, Best Dressed of the year so far!

Bright, Bold and Brave:

Clearly this season is all about bright colors, bold prints and fun accessories. I cant' remember the last time I was this excited for Spring/Summer fashion! All these happy colors and prints put you in such a fabulous mood.
I've noticed a very daring and courageous approach by many trend setters this season. I've see black and white Chevron paired with mixed media Tribal patterns, to every single color on the color wheel on one single top. It's crazy and I LOVE it.
All this color and pattern inspired me to create these style clippings. Enjoy and hope everyone has a fabulous Thursday!!

Spring Palette:

So excited Spring is right around the corner!

Although trends are always evolving, I feel like soft pastels have always remained a Spring staple. It's always nice working with solid colors and accessorizing with bold and graphic patterns. Can't wait to start my spring cleaning, have so many items I have my eye on for spring/summer!
